Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote safety and awareness by leading/joining meetings and training to reinforce asset protection protocols.
  • •Maintain a strong store presence (spend 75–80% of time on the selling floor) to deter theft and support a safe environment.
  • •Partner with store leaders to align shrink reduction and safety initiatives and collaborate with managers.
  • •Monitor and investigate losses using CCTV and reporting tools.
  • •Handle incident response, de-escalate situations, complete audits, prepare reports, and adhere to asset protection policies and licensing requirements.
