Ensure IT service SLAs and BAU project delivery to RDC OEs, drive incident and problem resolution to maintain business continuity, and functionally manage outsourced managed-service partners. Provide IT leadership for infrastructure and information security, support infrastructure transformation (cloud and workplace), and guide governance for compliance.
