Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure SLAs are met for IT services and BAU project delivery to RDC-operated OEs.
  • •Act as strategic decision maker for critical infrastructure and security incidents and issues to secure seamless business continuity.
  • •Support Local Heads of Infrastructure to resolve incidents/problems and deliver BAU changes.
  • •Initiate and own service roadmaps aligned to Group and local strategy, including inputs to planning and budget cycles.
  • •Functionally manage contracted managed services partners and provide governance to ensure regulatory and internal audit compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in IT infrastructure and security leadership, including regional or multi-country delivery experience.
  • •Proven senior leadership running Infrastructure & Information Security operations (CDC, WPS, SEC, AGN) at scale in a regional delivery/shared services model.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage CMO/FMO service delivery through managed services partners, with ownership of SLA performance, critical incident resolution, and business continuity.
  • •Experience driving infrastructure transformation (cloud and workplace services) and shaping multi-year service roadmaps aligned to Group and local strategy, including planning and budget ownership.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (or related) and relevant certifications such as ITIL, TOGAF, or CISSP/CISM are a plus.
