Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain relationships with producers, marketers, pipelines, shippers, and internal business owners.
  • •Communicate with internal and external customers and teams on daily scheduled activities.
  • •Perform daily confirmations with point operators and assist customers with the nomination process using iDART.
  • •Monitor and analyze nomination reductions, confirm positions/balances in internal and 3rd-party systems, and reconcile to actual activity.
  • •Manage daily transportation logistics and schedules, including allocations, imbalance resolution, SCADA monitoring, and invoicing/accounting close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ relative gas industry experience.
  • •Previous customer service experience conveying complex concepts using communication tools within limited timeframes.
  • •Strong analytical skills to identify potential process improvements and ability to balance competing priorities with changing deadlines.
  • •Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new technology such as Power BI and RPA tools.
