Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage BIM models and CAD drawings for ICT and ELV systems, producing 3D models, 2D drawings, schematics, and layouts in line with LOD/LOI requirements.
  • •Coordinate ICT BIM models with architecture, structural, MEP, security, and ELV disciplines; lead participation in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection/resolution workshops.
  • •Implement BIM standards and information management (PIR/EIR/BEP), ensuring compliance with naming conventions, object parameters, metadata, and asset data requirements; support digital handover.
  • •Model data center and infrastructure elements including data center white space layouts, ICT equipment footprints/clearance zones, fiber routing/containment, and alignment with power/cooling/spatial constraints.
  • •Support design and construction delivery by translating design intent to BIM/CAD outputs, maintaining drawing registers and revision control, and updating models/drawings for shop drawings and as-built information.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, BIM/Digital Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • •5–10+ years overall experience in BIM/CAD roles, with at least 3–5 years dedicated experience in ICT/ELV BIM modeling.
  • •Proficiency with Autodesk Revit for ICT/ELV modeling and Autodesk AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing.
  • •Experience with Navisworks for clash detection and coordination, and ability to produce documentation aligned to LOD/LOI requirements.
  • •Awareness of BIM Level 2/ISO 19650 and experience or training related to COBie/digital handover (advantage).
