Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and understanding the impact of your work.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide effective, customized recommendations.
  • •Open consumer and business accounts and support sales of deposit, lending, and home equity products (as applicable).
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.
  • •Support branch operations, assist on the Teller line when needed, and participate in daily huddles and debriefs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing).
