Job Summary

Own and grow highly strategic customer relationships for teams building credit and lending products on the company’s infrastructure. Use your fluency in credit and capital markets to assess risk, underwriting, reserve requirements, and lending structures, while partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering to navigate regulatory and technical complexity. Build playbooks and processes to scale the Growth function and represent the voice of the customer to shape product roadmap and go-to-market motions.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage customer relationships from onboarding through ongoing growth and expansion, focused on credit and lending products.
•Apply credit and capital markets fluency to understand customer risk profiles, reserve requirements, underwriting considerations, and lending product structures.
•Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering to help customers navigate regulatory and technical complexity when building lending products on the platform.
•Build playbooks, processes, and best practices for how the Growth team supports credit and lending customers.
•Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap for credit and lending infrastructure, while performing work consistent with safe and sound banking practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4+ years of experience in a credit, capital markets, or lending-adjacent role (e.g., leveraged finance, FIG investment banking, direct lending, private credit, structured finance, or capital markets work at a fintech lender).
•Deep knowledge of how credit and lending products work, including reserve requirements, underwriting, return rates, and capital structures, applied in a customer-facing context.
•A growth and critical-thinking mindset to navigate ambiguity and help build processes with limited guidance.
•Excellent project management to organize and manage all aspects of partnering with customers and coordinating internal teams.
•Strong communication and customer-advocacy skills, turning skeptics into champions with a solutions-oriented, helpful approach.
