Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute innovative strategies for a key strategic account aligned with company objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Drive revenue growth and sales of semiconductor capital equipment by liaising with internal teams and the customer’s technical and commercial units.
  • •Cultivate and manage relationships across all levels of the customer account, gaining early insight into customer strategies and issues.
  • •Lead technical discussions between customer technical leaders and Applied business unit/R&D heads, and advocate for roadmap enhancements and support level.
  • •Negotiate product sales activities and terms, maintaining strong customer relationships while protecting Applied’s interests; proactively manage escalations to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or a similar high-tech industry.
  • •5+ years of experience in applications, process engineering, product marketing, business management, or account management in the semiconductor industry (or similar high-tech) with a successful track record.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
  • •Ability to devise and implement strategic account plans aligned to company objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Strong commercial acumen for contract negotiation balancing customer needs and Applied’s interests.
