Job Summary

Build and evolve Wise’s FinCrime Requests systems, improving how law enforcement and partner banks submit and process RFI and LE cases. You’ll automate email-based request handling with LLM-powered intelligence, develop a unified request handling platform, enhance escalation and suspended-transaction workflows, and deliver partner access capabilities. Collaborate across FinCrime teams, lead technical architecture for sensitive communications, and mentor junior engineers to ensure compliance and excellent customer experience.

•Improve automation systems using LLMs to process incoming emails from law enforcement and partner banks.
•Build a unified request handling platform combining RFI and LE case management workflows.
•Develop partner access capabilities so law enforcement and partner banks can access customer information more efficiently.
•Enhance escalation systems to identify genuine criminal activity while reducing false positives and customer friction.
•Implement automated response generation and optimize suspended transaction handling to minimize customer impact while maintaining compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 5,550 - 6,900 monthly
