Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship with our commercial prospects/customers and articulate how Vanta’s solutions meet customer needs.
•Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
•Listen to prospects and clients to provide market feedback to the product team and help prioritise functionality to drive sales opportunities.
•Support customers through their trial process with Vanta and ensure successful onboarding.
•Build product examples, documentation, and other critical resources for customers.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or equivalent title
•previous B2B SaaS experience
•hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and cloud application architecture
•strong project management skills; able to operate in a startup environment lacking formal structure
•general knowledge with scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript) and willingness to expand skills
