Key Responsibilities

  • •Create a welcoming, professional patient experience for every patient.
  • •Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to schedule hearing tests, consultations, and other appointments.
  • •Educate patients on hearing care products, services, accessories, and available solutions to support retention and referrals.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic’s daily schedule, and provide first-level patient support (check-in/out and payments).
  • •Perform clinic support tasks including insurance verification/authorization, processing patient orders, receiving products, and coordinating pick-up.

Key Requirements
