Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead external reporting on drafting and filing accurate SEC financial statement disclosures (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) with XBRL tagging, managing the end-to-end filing process and timelines.
  • •Review quarter-end internal management reports and create presentation materials to provide senior leadership with insights into financial results.
  • •Lead equity accounting, including ASC 718 stock-based compensation review, valuations, flux analyses, forecasts, and diluted share calculations.
  • •Own proxy statement disclosures in partnership with Corporate Legal and Equity Administration, and support non-financial SEC filings related to debt/equity offerings and other regulatory filings.
  • •Own Sarbanes-Oxley controls and procedures tied to financial statement disclosures and equity accounting; mentor the team and drive reporting and equity accounting process improvements.

Salary: USD 136,800 - 239,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Finance/Accounting with an active CPA license.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting and experience with a global Fortune 500 company.
  • •Deep understanding and application of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • •Technical accounting expertise in areas such as business combinations, treasury-related activities, and share-based compensation.
  • •Proven experience leading a team of 2+ employees with strong project management skills.
