Senior Manager, External Reporting and Equity Accounting

Lead Adobe’s SEC external reporting and equity accounting organization, managing end-to-end financial statement disclosure filings and coordination with auditors, internal leadership, and cross-functional partners. Oversee SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) with XBRL tagging, quarterly equity accounting under ASC 718, diluted share calculations, proxy statement disclosures, and Sarbanes-Oxley controls. Provide insights to senior management, mentor a team, and drive process improvements and strategic priorities.
