Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with clients and architects to translate business priorities into AI-enabled agentic solutions.
  • •Build and deploy agentic AI systems end-to-end, embedded with the client and shipped early in the engagement.
  • •Help clients identify meaningful AI value, challenge assumptions, and ensure solutions are commercially viable and technically feasible.
  • •In Consulting, create working prototypes that prove the strategy; in Studios, take use cases to production-grade systems; in Products, configure and deploy pre-built agentic products.
  • •Design using the Avanade Agentic Platform and Microsoft AI stack, apply AI-native engineering practices, and work with Trust/Value Architects on guardrails and measurable outcomes.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in software or AI engineering with production systems.
  • •Strong practical command of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and agent orchestration (or equivalent stack).
  • •Full-stack capability across front end, APIs, data, and agent orchestration to ship complete solutions.
  • •Experience building and evaluating agentic systems, including retrieval, tool use, and failure handling.
  • •Comfort operating in a client environment with high autonomy and direct stakeholder exposure.
