Own off-page SEO link building by researching prospects and running personalized outreach to earn backlinks, citations, guest posts, and directory listings. Manage citation sources to keep NAP and brand information consistent, and identify guest posting, resource page, broken-link, and digital PR opportunities. Support and grow the affiliate program by recruiting, onboarding, and partnering with affiliates, while tracking outreach/affiliate metrics and collaborating with the content team.

Key Responsibilities

•Research and build prospect lists of authoritative websites, blogs, directories, review platforms, and industry publications for backlink and citation opportunities.
•Execute personalized outreach (email and social) to secure backlinks, guest posts, citations, unlinked-mention conversions, and business/directory listings.
•Manage citation sources (directories, industry listings, review sites, aggregators) to ensure accurate and consistent NAP and brand information.
•Support affiliate link-building by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and communicating with potential affiliate partners.
•Track outreach and affiliate activity metrics in a CRM/tracking sheet and report results while collaborating with the content team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 800 - 2,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals, including backlinks, citations, domain authority, and anchor text.
•Working knowledge of link-building tactics such as guest posting, directory/citation building, digital PR, broken-link building, and outreach.
•Strong written English and personalized, professional outreach/email communication skills.
•Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups simultaneously.
•Comfortable using spreadsheets and prospecting/tracking tools; self-starter who is persistent and target-driven.
