Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Agile/Scrum execution and mentor team members across the software development lifecycle.
  • •Translate product requirements into functional, efficient, high-quality frontend code and collaborate with product to deliver outcomes.
  • •Partner with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration, troubleshoot issues, and meet project timelines.
  • •Define and support testing (automated and manual), participate in code reviews, and help maintain codebase health and architecture.
  • •Use CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment, lead ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives), and produce documentation for development and architecture.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on frontend development.
  • •Strong knowledge of major JavaScript frameworks, with React JS experience preferred.
  • •Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (including ES2023) and asynchronous programming for scalable applications.
  • •Experience with Agile practices such as pairing, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
  • •Ability to optimize web performance and Web Vitals (e.g., Core Web Vitals) and build accessible, high-UX web applications.
