Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience delivering quality results.
  • •Hands-on experience building, deploying, operating, and evaluating LLM agents in production (beyond prototypes or chat-completion apps).
  • •Experience with agent frameworks/SDKs and with tool/function calling and MCP (e.g., Strands, OpenAI Agents SDK, Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, pydantic-ai, CrewAI, Google ADK).
  • •Experience building LLM/agent evaluation and observability (eval suites, tracing, and quality measurement; e.g., Braintrust, LangSmith, W&B).
  • •Proficiency in Python plus one of Java, Go, C/C++, Rust, or Zig; familiarity with Temporal, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes is a plus.
