Kipling: Supervisor - San Diego

Lead day-to-day store operations while supporting the store leadership team at Kipling. Drive exceptional, personalized customer engagement, coach and develop associates, and help achieve sales and productivity goals. Oversee opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, merchandising standards, and inventory flow from stockroom to sales floor. Ensure inventory integrity, loss prevention practices, and compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures while fostering an inclusive, positive store environment.
