Job Summary

Lead BJAK’s influencer (KOL) and affiliate ecosystem across multiple social platforms. Source, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage creators and partners, oversee end-to-end campaign execution, and ensure compliance with advertising standards. Analyze performance across reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and ROI, producing monthly insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Sales while managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, evaluate, and shortlist KOLs/influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
•Source, brief, negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers to meet campaign objectives.
•Oversee end-to-end campaign execution (timelines, approvals, content reviews, and KPI alignment) and maintain influencer deliverable tracking and relationships.
•Develop and manage affiliate partnerships and optimize performance using metrics like CTR, conversions, and revenue.
•Analyze campaign and affiliate performance, prepare monthly reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns while managing budgets, contracts, and compliance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in social media, KOL/influencer marketing, or similar roles, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
•Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, influencer landscape, and content trends.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong analytical skills using influencer or social analytics tools to track performance and measure ROI.
