Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the hiring machine as software by syncing recruiting data to automate recruiting flows and onboarding from offer to day one.
  • •Build finance automation to derive near-term spend, translating purchase orders, contract terms, and milestones into cash and payment schedules.
  • •Create a capital pipeline from approved budget to released and spent dollars, gated by build milestones with an automated proof chain for financing draws.
  • •Parse MSAs and related contract documents into obligations, prices, deadlines, penalties, and SLAs to power downstream delivery work.
  • •Embed with finance, treasury, accounting, legal, and people teams to convert approvals and reconciliations into structured data and generated work.
