Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC machines and related equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and operating procedures.
  • •Maintain equipment using 5S and preventive maintenance, including end-of-shift cleaning and organized work areas.
  • •Load, position, and secure materials or parts using fixtures, chucks, and other work-holding devices per process requirements.
  • •Review work order documentation and interpret part prints, tool sheets, and CMM reports to produce parts to specifications.
  • •Perform quality checks with conventional measuring instruments and identify/report malfunctions or non-conforming parts to the Jobsetter and Shift Supervisor.

Key Requirements
