Job Summary

Own territory sales for Ohio, helping existing and new customers meet business objectives by selling and demonstrating Smart Storage brands (Vidmar and LISTA). Build and execute a territory sales plan to grow market share, meet quotas and KPI targets, and develop distributor partnerships. Analyze competitors, stay current on industry trends, conduct distributor/end-user training, and coordinate with sales and manufacturing stakeholders while traveling within the territory.

•Grow business in the assigned territory by maintaining customer relationships and generating new business through relationship development, cold calling, and customer meetings.
•Analyze competitor activity and identify opportunities for business development and new business.
•Create and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue targets, product quotas, yearly sales quotas, and NPD sales requirements.
•Develop complete product knowledge of Vidmar and LISTA and conduct distributor/end-user product training, including new and existing products and additional services.
•Act as a liaison among customers, customer service, and the manufacturing facility, coordinating with regional and segment teams and managing a travel and entertainment budget.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Experience with computers and MS Office; CAD software and Salesforce.com experience are preferred.
