Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to multiple SVP-level executives, managing calendars and coordinating meetings, events, and travel.
  • •Serve as the primary scheduling liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Monitor and record progress across strategic projects, communications, and engagements to ensure alignment with SVP and division goals.
  • •Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts; develop processes to streamline critical objectives.
  • •Coordinate executive-level meetings and assist with special projects, research, and VIP event logistics including participation management and protocol.
