Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and optimize AI, Automation & Integration solutions for client MarTech ecosystems and delivery practice workflows.
  • •Via complex analyses of processes and requirements, identify system components and develop design and functional specifications for scalable automation solutions; oversee implementation and maintenance of deployed automations.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior engineers and project team members; balance people and results while aligning with ICP values.
  • •Collaborate with other team leads to establish guidelines and goals for global standardization and continuous improvement.
  • •Work in an Agile environment, contribute to architectural decisions and ensure secure, scalable integrations across DAM, PIM, CMS and other platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation engineering, system integration, robotics, design and analysis, with at least 3 years in an architectural capacity.
  • •Proven experience as an RPA developer or similar role, and familiarity with marketing operations and technology.
  • •Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, C#; expert in Azure deployment and services.
  • •Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Workato, or Automation Anywhere; knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
