Job Function: Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and optimize AI, Automation & Integration solutions for client MarTech ecosystems and delivery practice workflows.
•Via complex analyses of processes and requirements, identify system components and develop design and functional specifications for scalable automation solutions; oversee implementation and maintenance of deployed automations.
•Lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior engineers and project team members; balance people and results while aligning with ICP values.
•Collaborate with other team leads to establish guidelines and goals for global standardization and continuous improvement.
•Work in an Agile environment, contribute to architectural decisions and ensure secure, scalable integrations across DAM, PIM, CMS and other platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
•Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation engineering, system integration, robotics, design and analysis, with at least 3 years in an architectural capacity.
•Proven experience as an RPA developer or similar role, and familiarity with marketing operations and technology.
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, VB.NET, C#; expert in Azure deployment and services.
•Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Workato, or Automation Anywhere; knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC.
