  • •Define and lead end-to-end roadmaps for GenAI-powered features, aligning scope and sequencing with business priorities
  • •Architect and facilitate the design and delivery of AI agentic/RAG systems from prototype to production deployment
  • •Drive beta-to-default adoption through go-to-market and iterative pilot execution using usage signals
  • •Run feature-team governance, including prioritization/resourcing facilitation and trade-off resolution across model, UX, infra, and QA workstreams
  • •Partner on technical execution (model selection, compose/evaluation systems, MLOps, orchestration) and translate outcomes, risks, and progress into executive narratives

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in technical program management with experience shipping AI/ML or GenAI-powered features in production
  • •Fluency in agentic architectures, RAG pipelines, prompt/eval frameworks, and MLOps to engage engineers on design trade-offs
  • •Experience owning a feature from zero-to-one through scale, including adoption strategy and outcome measurement
  • •Strong executive communication skills to distill technical complexity into clear risk and status narratives
