Senior Engineering Program Manager - GenAI

Own end-to-end delivery of GenAI-powered features, from concept and architecture through build, launch, and scaling. Lead feature roadmaps and make model/platform decisions, partnering closely with engineers to design and ship agentic and RAG systems (including orchestration, prompt/eval, and MLOps). Drive beta-to-default adoption with go-to-market plans, run feature-team governance and trade-offs, and define outcome metrics while communicating risks and status to leadership.
