Job Summary

Provide day-to-day support for business unit customers and vendors through the procure-to-pay process as an Experienced AP/AR Specialist. You’ll track receipt of source documents, prepare and sort documentation, resolve missing or inconsistent information, maintain accurate client files, and enter invoices and related coding into the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable system. Participate in process improvement and special projects for the finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide day-to-day support for business unit customers and vendors through the procure-to-pay process.
•Track receipt of data and source documents.
•Prepare and sort source documents and interpret data for entry.
•Contact preparers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
•Enter transactions in the Accounts Payable/Account Receivable system from source documents, including coding, accuracy confirmation, and corrections.
