Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead one or more development teams through complex, multi-quarter delivery while staying close enough to the technology to make hard decisions.
  • •Shape the architecture and technical roadmap for owned products, scope major technical work, and define delivery approaches.
  • •Serve as the first technical escalation point for architectural disagreements, production issues, and deep technical unknowns.
  • •Evaluate and improve performance, scalability, and security by driving architecture and implementation changes to resolution.
  • •Manage and mentor engineers and team leads, set standards for code quality and security, and own technical debt planning and execution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of software development experience, including leading the technical delivery of a software team and managing people (performance, development, hiring).
  • •Deep proficiency in at least one of: Java, C#/F# (.NET), C++, Python, or TypeScript (React, Angular, or Node.js), with a track record delivering production software.
  • •Experience designing and owning the architecture of a complex software system or major subsystem across multiple releases.
  • •Ability to lead delivery across distributed, cross-timezone teams and own performance management, development planning, and hiring.
