Senior Software Engineering Lead - Landmark

Lead one or more development teams building Landmark’s cloud-native and on-premises software for the energy industry. Own multi-quarter delivery outcomes while setting technical direction, shaping architecture and roadmaps, and resolving hard performance, scalability, and security challenges. Partner with product management and architects, communicate risks and trade-offs, and hire, mentor, and develop engineers and team leads. Work across distributed teams and evolve engineering standards and technical debt plans.
