Job Summary

Serve as an on-site Corporate Pilot for the Aviation Operations team, conducting pre-flight inspections, verifying maintenance status and trip details, and ensuring aircraft readiness. Make go/no-go and in-flight routing decisions based on weather, NOTAMs, and required fuel, oil, and oxygen. Maintain FAA compliance, deliver passenger safety briefings, operate under SOPs and regulations, and complete accurate pre-/post-flight paperwork and defect reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Review aircraft maintenance status and validate trip details prior to departure.
•Perform pre-flight inspections per the Aircraft Flight Manual and confirm the aircraft is airworthy with required onboard documentation.
•Check weather and applicable NOTAMs to determine fuel, oil, and oxygen requirements and make decisions to start, delay, cancel, or deviate flights as needed.
•Operate the aircraft per Standard Operating Procedures within aircraft limitations while ensuring flight compliance with SBD policies and applicable FAA and international regulations.
•Provide passenger safety briefings, ensure crew/passenger safety, complete pre-/post-flight paperwork, and report known/suspected defects and deviations to management/maintenance.
