Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete inspections to verify products meet internal and customer specifications and take action when non-compliance is observed.
  • •Conduct product reviews for product grading, packaging, and weight compliance.
  • •Monitor team members’ work practices, address deficiencies, and report non-conformance to a supervisor.
  • •Monitor product processing areas to mitigate foreign material contamination.
  • •Inspect equipment for cleanliness and proper working condition and record findings; collect, track, and implement numerical data.

Key Requirements

  • •Must comply with Food Safety Quality Assurance policies and USDA regulations.
  • •Must have minimal computer skills and/or be willing to learn company software.
  • •Must be able to move, open, and inspect plant-produced products.
  • •Must be physically able to stand on concrete surfaces up to 4 continuous hours (minimum 8 hours per shift) and navigate all areas of the processing facility while following safety procedures.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent; candidates are expected to work varying days including weekends when schedules change.
