  • •Collaborate with prospects to determine whether their applications fit Temporal’s platform well.
  • •Educate customers and prospects on Temporal’s technical benefits, limitations, and the value of the cloud service.
  • •Position Temporal against competing technologies and architectural patterns.
  • •Increase adoption and expansion of Temporal in customers’ production environments.
  • •Partner with Account Executives and serve as a strategic technical advisor for scoping and sizing opportunities, while managing relationships with technical decision-makers.

Key Requirements

  • •Live within the Western Time Zone (San Francisco and Denver preferred).
  • •Have exceptional technical communication skills, including presenting, whiteboarding, and writing.
  • •Demonstrate deep understanding of distributed systems, design principles, and best practices.
  • •Be proficient building application prototypes and providing build/deployment guidance using one or more supported languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP.
  • •Understand production operational considerations (security, reliability, performance, cost, and operations) and be able to advise on application and platform architectures.
