Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough vehicle condition inspections and safely move vehicles on dealer lots, verifying VINs, mileage, options, and accurate system entry.
  • •Inspect and document exterior and interior condition, including tires, frame, glass, panels, seating, dashboard, and installed options.
  • •Perform basic mechanical checks across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components, and identify documented damage or missing/inoperable features.
  • •Engage dealer clients to maintain participation, educate on Manheim marketplace/mobile inspection services, and manage territory schedules and coverage.
  • •Prepare daily activity/production reports, utilize Salesforce.com for reporting and tracking, and comply with inspection standards, safety procedures, and the NAAA Frame/Structure Damage Policy.
