•Participate as a key member in the development of go-to-market and growth strategies, led by the Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
•Influence Growth and Technology organizations to align with inorganic growth strategies and translate strategic customer business needs into investment strategies including acquisitions, investments, and partnerships.
•Drive strategy development, market analysis, due diligence and company evaluation.
•Work with Emerging Tech and Partnership organizations to expand knowledge of potential future relationships with technology companies to forward market strategy.
•Participate in deal teams through the M&A lifecycle (from diligence through execution and integration) in close collaboration with senior leadership.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 230,000 annually

•8+ years of related GovCon corporate development, M&A, and/or growth strategy lifecycle experience
•Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
•US Citizenship required
•Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
