Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist students with selecting appropriate academic and CRE courses and coordinate career planning activities in classrooms, groups, or individual sessions.
  • •Coordinate administration and interpretation of career assessments.
  • •Provide information and support for postsecondary education programs and employment opportunities, including work-based learning opportunities and employability skills development.
  • •Integrate career research and work-based learning into CRE and academic courses and promote use of technology for career planning and research.
  • •Serve as a liaison with business, industry, education, and military community partners, and assist with program funding and compliance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Idaho CTE Teaching Certificate
  • •Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of CRE experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • •Ability to clear required background check.
  • •Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
  • •Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database.
