Job Summary

Build and deliver high-quality big data pipelines that turn complex banking and core banking data into scalable solutions. You’ll solve technical challenges, optimize performance, and ensure robust testing and quality standards. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, continuously improve procedures for efficiency and cost-effectiveness, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

•Continuously refine procedures and systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
•Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver aligned data solutions.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or data analysis.
•Hands-on experience with big data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, and Spark.
•Knowledge of the banking data domain, especially core banking systems and corporate/Institutional sectors.
•Familiarity with Python, Scala, or Java programming languages.
•Proven success delivering complex enterprise-level big data projects.
