Universal Banker - South Gate

Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of money and records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by understanding financial needs, educating customers on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online & Mobile banking), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to assist with sales and service, act as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, and follow internal controls, procedures, and risk policies.
