Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a data science domain subject matter expert to influence business decision making.
  • •Design, develop, and deploy compliant data science solutions and help establish best practices and procedures.
  • •Communicate solution narratives clearly to business stakeholders and align on next steps.
  • •Source and determine data availability, including internal, external, and novel data sources.
  • •Wrangle, manipulate, and clean data from multiple sources, working with business units to gather requirements and run experiments.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to develop and deploy statistical and machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised) and apply them to real business problems.
  • •Essential Python expertise and strong SQL skills, including experience with big data tooling (Spark) and BI tools (Tableau or PowerBI).
  • •Modern software development experience using practices and toolkits such as Git, code reviews, feature stores, and CI/CD.
  • •Natural curiosity for data, plus the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •Desirable experience with design of experiments (A/B/N, multivariate, factorial designs) and/or database, data warehouse, or data lake performance tuning; cloud architecture (AWS or MS Azure).
