Job Summary

Own end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI/Agentic AI delivery across the MLOps lifecycle— from data preparation and model development through deployment, monitoring, and retraining. Build scalable training, serving, and monitoring pipelines on GCP using Vertex AI, and optimize agent workflows with best practices for orchestration and cost-aware performance (tokenomics). Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to translate complex business needs—especially in supply chain and logistics—into production-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI/Agentic AI solutions across the full lifecycle from data preparation to monitoring.
•Build and optimize Agentic AI workflows, focusing on agent orchestration, tool use, and multi-step reasoning.
•Establish and maintain MLOps practices, including automated training, versioning, deployment, and continuous monitoring.
•Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable ML/AI releases.
•Develop and orchestrate data and ML workflows using Apache Airflow (DAGs) and implement production monitoring for model health, performance, drift, and resource utilization.

Key Requirements

•3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML with demonstrable GenAI and Agentic AI experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
•Ability to build end-to-end AI/ML solutions with full MLOps implementation (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining).
•Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines for ML/AI workloads.
•Working experience with Vertex AI for model development, training, and serving on GCP.
