Key Responsibilities

•Safely troubleshoot, install, repair, and operate mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment.
•Troubleshoot and repair PLC-associated IO cards and use Allen Bradley PLC as a troubleshooting tool.
•Use HMI knowledge (Wonderware and AB) to support troubleshooting activities.
•Troubleshoot instruments and electrical systems, and use test instruments such as Fluke meters and HART communicators.
•Schedule electrical maintenance for the assigned location and supervise electrical contractors as needed; work in callout rotation and report unsafe practices to supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Applied associate degree in instrumentation.
•Advanced troubleshooting and repairing of IO cards associated with PLCs.
