Key Responsibilities

  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is stocked adequately.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mechanical and structural mounts, electrical equipment and tools in preparation for installation.
  • •Assemble racking, solar modules, panels, or support structures as specified in the project plan.
  • •Ensure a clean and orderly job site and perform project clean up for the client site and installation vehicle.
  • •Lead the crew through safe, effective, and efficient installations, providing leadership and technical support to fellow crew members.

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience required; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, be 21 years of age, and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Adhere to company safety policies, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging others to work safely.
  • •Ability to work independently and as a team player, meet deadlines and key metrics, and problem-solve logically.
