Key Responsibilities

•Install, configure, administer, and upgrade Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud environments, including capacity planning and performance optimization.
•Configure and maintain Tableau Services Manager (TSM) and perform platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
•Manage backups, disaster recovery planning, restoration, and ensure high availability and platform reliability.
•Administer Tableau user access and security, including users, groups, permissions, licensing, and SSO/SAML integrations with Row-Level Security (RLS).
•Administer Tableau data sources, extracts, and refresh schedules; optimize workbook/dashboard performance and improve query performance via SQL tuning.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of overall IT experience, with proven hands-on Tableau Administration in enterprise-scale environments.
•Strong experience managing Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud platforms.
•Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and Tableau-Snowflake integrations.
•Strong SQL skills for query optimization and experience with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
•Experience with enterprise Tableau security and governance, including user access, permissions, and licensing.
