Job Summary

Deliver customer-facing technical expertise as part of the Solutions Engineering (EMEA) team. Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, lead technical engagement on complex opportunities, and present product capabilities through demos and enablement. Translate customer requirements into solutions using Grafana Labs technology, communicate product and competitive feedback internally, and create enablement materials such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base content.

•Create and enhance customer enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles
