Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain current knowledge of best practices and implement training programs aligned to BOS standards.
  • •Assess and identify training needs, then design and develop training programs and related change-initiative support.
  • •Facilitate Dojo training programs, including policy/procedure compliance and onboarding training.
  • •Plan, organize, and control training activities; conduct onboard training and assist with plant onboarding process.
  • •Develop and track evaluation of reaction/effectiveness and certification/recertification; update training and certification materials and support problem-solving events.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •1+ year of production training experience (classroom and OJT).

  • •Understanding of HVAC systems (or preferred EPA 208 training).
