Technical Trainer

Implement and continuously improve training programs to advance best practices on the production floor. Assess training needs, design and develop relevant content aligned with BOS standards, and support employees through change initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, facilitate Dojo training programs, deliver plant tours, and act as a production SME—updating materials, tracking certification activities, and evaluating effectiveness.
