Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships for assigned clients and stakeholders, representing Cofense as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • •Coordinate customer engagements for successful onboarding, product implementation, and lifecycle management.
  • •Perform risk management to minimize churn, showcase product/service value, and present ROI to client stakeholders; develop get-well plans as needed.
  • •Own simulated phishing defense program activities, including customized program recommendations and contractual deliverables, plus monthly remediation reporting and meetings for managed remediation clients.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors as needed to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, assisting with project scope and objectives; travel to client sites as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience supporting customers in a consultant, managed services, or technical account management capacity.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of the phishing threat landscape and the risk it presents to organizations.
  • •Project and program management skills, able to work independently to prepare and present deliverables.
  • •Experience applying analytic methodologies and principles related to cyber threat management and/or client portfolio management (2-4 years).
  • •Security and program management credentials are a plus (CISSP, Security+, PMP); CISSP/Security+ or PMP a plus, ChurnZero experience preferred; bachelor’s degree preferred.
