Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sub-assembly production tasks to support daily goals while maintaining quality, production, and safety standards.
  • •Follow safety policies and procedures, including JSA compliance, proper PPE use, attire requirements, and safe equipment practices.
  • •Execute assemblies, processes, tests, and inspections using OMS/standard work for light to medium assembly and re-work operations.
  • •Complete training and operate sub-assembly department tasks including disk testing, disk dipping, isolator station work, inking ring station tasks, hardware assembly, and packing.
  • •Visually inspect components/products, communicate and report quality and product issues, and support shop area cleaning/5S and flexing between work cells as needed.

Key Requirements
