Job Summary

Coordinate internal finance reporting for CEO/CFO materials and QBRs, and prepare data for ad hoc senior management requests. Develop and deliver training for global finance teams on reporting tools, while driving automation and self-service reporting capabilities. Act as the liaison between reporting and controlling teams to capture Group-wide financial information requirements and improve global finance systems and reporting solutions. Based in Basel until Q1 2027 with a planned move to Zurich Airport.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate internal reporting, including preparation of CEO/CFO reports and QBR information.
•Develop and conduct trainings for global finance teams on use of reporting tools.
•Prepare data for ad hoc requests from senior management.
•Serve as a liaison between reporting and controlling.
•Drive automation and self-service reporting capabilities and identify Group reporting requirements to improve global finance systems.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Administration.
•3 years of experience in internal reporting.
•Strong understanding of finance system architecture (SAP).
•SAP Group Reporting experience preferred.
•Strong analytical and communication skills with consolidation knowledge in complex multinational companies.
