Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer users' questions and provide timely, accurate support to ensure a positive user experience.
  • •Familiar with referral and rebate mechanisms to assist Referral Pro Mode members by answering inquiries via Telegram or internal community groups.
  • •Collect and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights for internal teams, supporting product development and marketing strategies.
  • •Monitor all affiliate and referral marketing activities to ensure integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • •Continuously explore new content formats, channels, creative ideas, and other opportunities for experimentation, optimization, and growth.
