  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and ensuring accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs and online/mobile banking, to improve their banking experience.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate team members.
  • •Understand and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ needs.
