Job Summary

Support a relationship team by managing lending processes for credit commitments under $10 million. Partner with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters to create pitch materials, lead due diligence, and drive client credit approval workstreams. Review loan requests and documentation, perform ROE and financial analysis, update systems of record in Salesforce and nCino, and perform portfolio data integrity and credit surveillance activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with relationship managers, loan closers, and underwriters to identify and respond to client requirements for credit commitments under $10 million.
•Create pitch materials and lead or participate in due diligence meetings to understand clients’ business, management teams, and industry.
•Review loan requests under $10 million, determine required business documents and financial statements, and collect/upload items to Salesforce using the bank’s portal.
•Complete lending tasks including requesting/reviewing financial statement spreads, preparing ROE analysis, and entering loan requests/renewals/modifications in nCino for underwriting.
•Review credit approval memos and loan documentation for accuracy and consistency, support waivers/amendments/extensions, and conduct portfolio data integrity and relationship review activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 71,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
•2+ years of commercial banking experience including credit structuring and analysis, sales functions, and risk assessment.
•2+ years working in Credit Structuring and Financial Analysis.
•Ability to manage workflow and complex commercial banking deals.
•Ability to manage stress and competing priorities.
