Sales & Retention Lead Agent, Direct Distribution - Personal Lines

Lead a team of sales and/or retention agents for Personal Lines, supporting the sales process and helping achieve annual sales goals. Serve as a subject matter authority and back-up support to the supervisor, represent the business unit on internal teams, and mentor agents through coaching plans and training. Partner with sales leaders to improve sales effectiveness, troubleshoot issues across distribution partners, and research complex product/distribution questions. Position requires relevant P&C licensing and strong performance/attendance.
