Job Summary

Become a Retail Personal Banker I through a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations across operations and Sales & Service, culminating in certification. Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small business solutions, and drive cross-selling. Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to schedule periodic financial reviews, collaborate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment), and help meet production and customer experience goals.

•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and participate in outside sales activities and community financial literacy events.
•Process teller transactions and work as a member of the platform staff, including participation in consumer loan and bankcard processes from application through closing.

Salary: USD 43,680 - 69,900 annually

Key Requirements

•Spanish speaking preferred.
•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
•Experience in the financial industry preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Must be able to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
