Job Summary

Lead a global Inventory Control and Material Planning function for NVIDIA’s OSAT/CM partners across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Drive supplier audits, material availability, system automation (SAP/S4HANA), and bring-up of new sites while building a high-performing, globally-dispersed team and ensuring timely, accurate inventory and material flow for substrates and related components.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Inventory Control and Material Planning team, fostering a culture of high standards, accountability and teamwork
•Own inventory control operations at OSAT/CM partners across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, including factory physical and scrap audits at subcontractor sites
•Monitor and expedite raw material supply chains with emphasis on substrate availability and risk mitigation
•Direct global inventory transactions, reconciliations, aging inventory management, lot split/merge operations, and complex shipments with subcontractors
•Lead inventory control and reconciliation strategy for new vendor/site bring-ups and collaborate with NPI teams to ensure timely time-to-market plans

Key Requirements

•8+ years of related experience in semiconductor inventory control, supply chain planning, or OSAT/CM manufacturing management
•3+ years of management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
•Strong proficiency in SAP - direct experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong plus
•Professional English communication skills and global leadership experience
