Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance and complete assigned maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation.
  • •Monitor equipment parameters and alarms via equipment computers and control panels; use SPC to maintain process control.
  • •Conduct basic quality control procedures, recognize conditions requiring escalation, and provide recommendations.
  • •Provide training/on-the-job instruction when requested, support cross-functional test runs, and ensure inventory and waste disposal for the next shift.

  • •Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with math skills to apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts.
  • •Safety-first mindset and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
  • •Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and oral).
